SSC - Saptaswa synergistic circuit
Sapthaswa Synergetic Circuit is a framework aimed at all round and integrated growth of the individual under the observation of seniors and experienced personnel at iFocus Mission. Passionate Careers and Positive Lifestyles of the members are strengthened under this structure in a spirit of ‘Sharing & Caring’ one’s knowledge, expertise and resources. Renowned persons from various professions have been volunteering to handhold the Career Warriors by registering themselves as Mentors to promote the cause.
A graduate seeking to join job, referred to as ‘Career Warrior’ is provided suitable guidance about his/her appropriate career by set of seniors called ‘Navigators & Mentors’ from respective field. Every effort is undertaken to empower and position the individual in Passionate Career. Concurrently the Career Warrior is provided Positive Lifestyle by ‘Joint Secretaries & Secretaries’ at iFocus Mission who have experience in organising and leading mission activities.
‘Career Leagues’ are formed to organise profession wise interactions. They also help in skill building and sharpening of attitude. Assessments are conducted to check the progress, suitable steps are undertaken to equip the individual from time to time. Career Warriors are responsible for their personal growth by aligning themselves, their parents and friends circle to this framework. Dozens of members have benefited by championing the seven dimensions of Sapthaswa under this initiative to establish their respective careers.
