Sunday Breakfast meet

Date: 29-March-2026

Time: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Venue: SUJANAALAYA

Host: Raghuvamshi Garu

Today morning at Sujanaalaya Guruvugaru arrived at the well before 8:00 AM, marking an early and

disciplined start to the day’s proceedings. His timely arrival set a positive tone and created a sense of

readiness among the team.

As each person entered, they greeted to Guruvugaru respectfully with a ‘Good Morning’. This created a

warm and welcoming atmosphere, emphasizing collective respect and unity among the members.

Shortly afterwards, all the secretaries arrived in a coordinated manner, accompanied by the White
Brigade.

Venkatamma Garu-B25D – power response: She explained that, during our school days, we used to
begin our classes with a poem or a chant, and how such practices helped set our mind and thoughts in
the right direction. then recited the poem “Doraalu dochaleru, dongalethukaporu…” and also
mentioned that she has been regularly maintaining his fitness and consistently & Power Circle.
Raghuvamshi Garu –: added that just as the mission requires small do’s and don’ts, our life also
needs such discipline. He shared that the evening synergy at Sujanalaya is bringing many powerful
individuals into the mission, with several people arriving around at 4 o’clock.

Sangeetha garu spoke about Abhinav garu—She said that she had been suffering from a headache
since morning, and Abhinav garu was able to relieve with yoga mudra her pain within 30 seconds
without any discomfort.

Abhinav garu then spoke- He mentioned that every health issue can be solved by a single yoga
mudra therapy. He advised that medicines should only be used for serious problems, not for small
and simple issues. He also expressed his commitment to preparing 100 trainers, encouraging
everyone to make use of this opportunity and come forward.

Sowmya Garu B26A power response – She began with the Ganapati song “Shakti Sahita
Ganapathim…She was mentioned that she recently secured a teaching position at a school. While
interacting with the children, it was observed that they were unable to answer questions about the
Ramayana. The point was emphasized that teachers and parents share the responsibility of
introducing children to the Ramayana and similar cultural values from an early age.

After the Guruvugaru Arrived – the Core session started:

Speaking about dreams, he said, “If dreams turn into illusions, what happens?” and appreciated that many

people arrived around at 8 o’clock. Referring to everyone, he mentioned that your “Let Us Step Out

Challenge” did not begin today—it actually began yesterday in your mind.

Commencing with Commitment, Commitment to Commitment: Guruvugaru started by congratulating

everyone. He spoke about an important point from the Ramayana—about Hanuman—and said: Just like

Hanuman decided with determination and stepped forward, all of you made a firm decision yesterday

itself and stepped out today. This is the importance of daily discipline.

He explained that if we ourselves become enemies to our own resolutions, we end up becoming obstacles

in our journey and fall weak.

Hesaid that whoever comes to our home whether relatives or guests we should satisfy them by giving

them tasty food, peaceful words, and good guidance.

Kalakshepa never never, Kalarchana ever ever (Wasting time never; meaningful time always):
Gururuvu garu said that everyone should understand this. Life has difficulties for all, yet no one can stop

the progress of a determined person—regardless of whether they have stepped out from home or not.

Scheduling my busy life & Scheduling with busy style: Guruvugaru shared an example from his

childhood and said that during childhood, we think everything around us is big and wonderful, but in

today’s world, mobile screens have become clouds, and homes have become bigger while minds have

shrunk and emphasized that the place we live in should be a place of best happenings.

Speaking about the area he lived in earlier, he said that after watching the surroundings, he noticed that in

five years the progress had stopped. Each day used to feel joyful, but associating with average thinking

people gradually influences us.

Circumstances create compulsions: He highlighted the importance of the Step Out Challenge-No matter
how many times you step out, it is needed every day and advised that pending tasks should be cleared by

Saturday.Whatever we do the Sun is a witness every day. On Sundays, we should welcome the Sun, as our

great sages have gifted us this knowledge. Some people think its just sentiment-but it actually gives great

strength.

Speaking about Ramaraju garu, Guruvu garu said that from the day Ramaraju garu started coming to

Sujanaalaya and took up the Step Out Challenge, he has attended every Sunday continuously for 52 weeks-

a complete year. He said this is being built day by day with commitment, among the people around us,

good people (sajjanulu) are necessary. (Tharjana bharjana Never-Never Sajjana bharjana Ever Ever)

A unique experience: Guruvu garu shared a personal experience from the 1990’s when he had to go to

Mysore to meet a Swamiji. He recalled those days when he had a soft nature, but sometimes did small

adventures like boarding a running train and said they once had only 6 minutes to reach the station on a

two-wheeler, but actually needed 10 minutes. In the rush, he forgot to alert his younger brother about
something important.

Later, they visited a mattam in Mysore and spent some time there. They were told that the Swamiji they

wanted to meet would visit the mattam that evening. They were happy and used the remaining time to
visit nearby places.

However, when they returned in the evening, they discovered that the Swamiji they met was not the one

they wanted—it was a local swami. Realizing this, they rushed out immediately.

Guruvu garu said: I understood that because there was lack of purity in my intention, I could not meet the

real Swamiji. I wandered here and there like a monkey. It became a divine lesson for me. Later, after truly

meeting the Mysore Swamiji and starting the spiritual practice with sincere intention, all his inner pain
began to reduce.

Because of Swamiji’s teachings, gain the ability to make any decision within 3 minutes. Great gurus say

that when we keep our focus on sadhana, we gain steady mind and inner strength, and we become capable

of scheduling our life effectively.

People in big positions also set schedules and remain consistent. They face many challenges, but instead of

worrying about who comes or who does not come, they follow the principle.

Scheduling my busy life and scheduling with busy style: Coming on time is very important.

Being punctual brings prosperity, and guruvugaru said that arriving on time is compulsory.

In the mission, the key lesson is: Not “How should I be for others?” but “How should I be for myself”. We

must protect our schedule without hurting others’ hearts, in a convincing and pleasant manner.

Nuisance of Arguments Never – Never, Fragrance of Arguments Ever-Ever: People with purity of mind
remain on the path until they reach their goal. We must rebuild ourselves in both actions and thoughts.
When Sunday comes, it means (Set crossing my scheduling from my surroundings) Overcoming

surrounding distractions to protect my schedule If there is no schedule, then Step 1 has no meaning.

Success comes through scheduling, and it will be extremely useful in the future.

Guruvugaru said the first quarter of iFocus 2026 (Jan 1 – Mar 31) happened wonderfully.

When Sunday comes, we must be in the mission; otherwise, we should ask someone what happened and

learn from it. We often fail to acknowledge what we ourselves achieved, and we lack patience. We should

note down our awakening moments, but we should not write about our problems. There must be

positive observation, and we must change the way we work.

Responsible accountability - Accountable responsibility: Guruvugaru said that Sapthaswa should
naturally and beautifully exist in every family. For meaningful achievements, we must work with good

intentions and cooperative spirit, coordinating with a few people around us. Only a few people come into

the mission, but those few give great support to many others.

5

Krishna Sir: Spoke and emphasized the importance of scheduling,

Then Ramaraju garu completely concluded the session, saying that we must come out of our comfort

zone and enter the energetic zone. Finally, the session ended with the mission declaration, and everyone

went to the hall to took photos.

B26A & B26B Brigadiers took separate and group photos:

After that, both batches and the supporting team sat together and interacted, getting to know one another.

The supporters also gave some instructions to the B26B Brigadiers.

6

From B26A & B26B Brigadiers: Both displayed a strong sense of responsibility and contributed towards

the mission by properly arranging the chairs and completing the hall cleaning activities.

Later, all the iFocus members together went to Arif garu’s housewarming ceremony, where Guruvugaru

also arrived. Everyone congratulated the family, conveyed wishes, and took photos. Finally, after talking

for some time, everyone continued their respective journeys back home.
